Gregory John Richardson, 53, assaulted four women near his Epping home from 1989-2007. The court heard a 16-year-old teen, identified by the alias Rebecca, walking home one evening when she was attacked.

The Attorney-General of New South Wales will review historic sex abuse legislation in an attempt to strengthen the penalty for offenders who have eluded authorities for decades.
