On Monday, the Supreme Court ruled against two Arizona death row inmates and made it much harder for prisoners to challenge their convictions in federal court. They did this by saying that their lawyers had not done a good job in state court.

Dozens of golf carts were stolen from a man. He was sentenced to two years in prison. Prosecutors say 46-year-old Nathan Rodney Nelson stole golf carts from golf courses at night and drove them to a getaway car. He did this for four years, they say. Then, his phone number led people to him.

Fugitives have been found on the run for eight months after stealing a tractor to flee. After almost nine months on the lam, a jail escapee has been captured. Selim Sensoy was hiding in a Windsor house and was arrested yesterday.

Antoni Moszczynski, 67, represented the woman in the selling of her Leonard St. property in Greenpoint for $2.395 million in December 2019, prosecutors said. However, when the woman obtained more than $230,000 from the buyer as a down payment, Moszczynski placed it in his escrow account.
