After Backlash Over Kidnap Photos, Belle Delphine refuses to apologize
Belle Delphine has said she refuses to apologize for a series of triggering photos that have been shared without a notice on social media despite attracting widespread criticism.
Yesterday, Delphine, whose real name is Mary-Belle Kirschner, posted a set of four pictures, captioning them: "My perfect first date."
Delphine can be seen in the images playing a part in an abduction situation, having been packed into a car and bound with rope. The vision of her 'abductor' having sex with her against her will is also acted out by another.
The post was criticised by many social media users, not just for the upsetting content itself, but also because there was no 'trigger warning'.
Delphine, however, has said she would not apologize, saying it should not be pursued by individuals who are 'sensitive' to such materials.
