In a wild New Zealand protest, a naked woman is dragged.

In New Zealand, wild scenes are unfolding after two police officers dragged a naked female protester outside parliament by her hair.

Two police officers were filmed today dragging a naked female protester by her hair on the grounds of New Zealand's parliament.

The NZ Herald obtained video footage of officers dragging the naked woman from the protest crowd.

The woman is handcuffed and pinned to the ground. She is then escorted away, partially covered in a white sheet.

Several police officers can be seen in the video restraining protesters as they attempt to breach the wall.

This afternoon, Wellington District Commander Superintendent Corrie Parnell confirmed that 120 people were arrested during today's convoy protest on parliament grounds.

A police spokeswoman stated that they are unable to comment on specific arrests, such as the one of the naked woman.

"More broadly, Superintendent Corrie Parnell stated this afternoon that he had reviewed a large portion of the video from today and concluded that police acted proportionately, fairly, and professionally," the spokeswoman said.

Since Tuesday, anti-mandate protesters have been camped on Parliament's lawn. "The 120 people arrested today face trespass or obstruction charges," Parnell told reporters this afternoon. At this point, no one has been charged with assault.

The Wellington District Commander maintained that police officers did not use excessive force. "I believe that if you've watched any of the footage today, which I have intently, and our people have acted proportionately, fairly, and extremely professionally," Parnell said.

Protesters were released on bail to appear in court and were issued a trespass notice, which prohibited them from returning to parliament grounds. CCTV and drones are being used to monitor and identify protesters who may return following arrest and trespass.

Parnell stated that officers would remain at the legislature overnight to monitor the protesters. In the coming days, additional officers will arrive from across the country.

Parnell stated that the protest could last into the "coming days."
