The daughter of a Florida collapse victim has been charged with domestic assault in New York City.

According to court records, the daughter of a woman killed in the Florida condo collapse is now facing assault charges for allegedly slugging her boyfriend in New York City.

Ariana Hevia, 23, is accused of pummeling her lover with a "closed fist, causing lacerations, bleeding, and significant pain" to the man's "nose and lips" Saturday around 6:30 p.m. in a Midtown apartment, according to a criminal complaint.

She was arrested on Sunday and charged with assault, attempted assault, and harassment. She was released without bail. Bail is not available for the charges against her under the state's new reform measures.

Hevia, a native of Louisiana, did not return a call seeking comment Monday.

Cassondra Stratton, 40, was one of 98 people killed when the Champlain Towers South in Surfside collapsed on June 24.

Stratton, a model, actress, and Pilates instructor, called her husband shortly before the deadly collapse while he was away on business in Washington, DC.

“Some images of my guardian angel,” Hevia wrote last month in a heartfelt Facebook tribute to her mother. “She crammed so much life into the 40 years she spent on earth,” she wrote. “She did not deserve to die this way.” “My life is now dedicated to nothing less than making you proud. I adore you, mother.”
