Bronx man arrested for gang-related shooting that killed someone in July.

It was a gang-related shooting in the summer that killed one person and injured two others, police say. On Saturday, a man from the Bronx was charged with murder and attempted murder.

When Jason Sambula, 23, was outside his home on Tiffany St. in Woodstock, Brooklyn, on July 2, Roman Martinez, 25, allegedly tried to get him. Martinez is charged with assaulting Sambula, who was sitting in a car with another man and woman.

When Sambula saw the attack coming, police sources said it was too late.

Before Martinez got out of a car and started shooting, he told the other victims, "He's about to shoot us, it has to be crip n——-s," the sources said.

There were three people who died in a car, police say. A 20-year-old man was shot in the chest by Martinez. Then he got back in the Infiniti and kept shooting, police say. a 22-year-old woman was shot in the right foot, police say.

All three of them went to a nearby hospital, where they were all in good health at first. Sambula got worse. Oct. 27 was the day he died because of the injuries he had.

Martens was charged with murder and other crimes on Saturday. He was also charged with trying to kill someone and killing someone. Martinez also had a weapon in his possession.
