Nicholas Cox 20 fatal stabbing Christopher Avery Houghton in Nepean
A man has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with a fatal stabbing in Nepean.
Nicholas Cox, 20, has been charged in the death of Christopher Avery Houghton last week.
A 20-year-old Ottawa man has been charged in connection with the fatal stabbing of another man at a Nepean residence.
On July 22, Christopher Avery Houghton, 25, was discovered dead in the basement apartment of a home on Sherry Lane.
An upstairs neighbor heard a disturbance and descended to discover the man bleeding on the floor.
According to police, Nicholas Cox of Ottawa has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with Houghton's death.
Cox was remanded into custody after appearing in court on Wednesday.
