Confronting moment the boyfriend of a teen mother accused of murdering a boy, 16, over gangland'postcode wars' is forced to kiss a man's feet and apologize for knowing alleged attackers

The boyfriend of a teen mother who is suspected of being involved in the brutal gang murder of a 16-year-old boy has been forced to kiss another man's feet and apologize for knowing the accused attackers.

Harley Robinson was apprehended at the Blacktown train station in western Sydney, close to the local courthouse, as his girlfriend Kayla Dawson appeared in court for the first time since being charged with murder.

Dawson was charged on Sunday alongside five underage teenagers aged 13 to 15 in connection with the alleged 48-hour beating death of a 16-year-old boy inside her Doonside home last week.

Since her arrest, the 19-year-old mother and her boyfriend Robinson have faced vitriol, with some threatening that 'jail is the safest place for her' amid widespread public outrage.

Robinson was reportedly spotted in Blacktown purchasing a new phone following his number being plastered across social media.

He was approached by at least three men who demanded that he apologize for his girlfriend's alleged role in the boy's tragic death. The girlfriend has not been charged with a crime, only that she has been charged.

Robinson began the humiliating video on Monday on his hands and knees, kissing the foot of the man filming.

'Say you're sorry for what happened,' the man says, as Robinson repeatedly kisses his shoe and says'sorry brother.'

He then tells Robinson to 'get your f**king act together or I'm going to kick you in the f**king face.'

Robinson has been charged with no crime, and Daily Mail Australia makes no allegation of wrongdoing. He asserts that he is assisting law enforcement with their investigations.

He scrubbed his social media channels clean of all traces of her before permanently deleting his accounts.

Dawson is charged with luring the 16-year-old victim to her home in Doonside, Sydney's west, on the pretext of throwing a party.

However, upon his arrival, he was allegedly assaulted by four boys aged 13 to 15 and another 15-year-old girl.

Dawson will be charged with being a 'willing participant' in the violence, filming the sustained assaults, and 'inciting and encouraging' the minors.

They are accused of torturing and beating him for 48 hours straight before Dawson experienced a panic attack and dialed 911 at approximately 5.40 p.m. on Wednesday, August 4.

He was rushed to Westmead Hospital, where he remained unconscious with extensive head and chest injuries until he was pronounced dead on Saturday.

Robinson stated in text messages obtained by Daily Mail Australia that he was 'all twisted up'.

He was reportedly stopped several times in the street during his Monday visit to Blacktown, with many hurling abuse at him.

According to one woman, he was instructed by'scary men' to kiss their feet and apologize for being associated with those allegedly responsible for the heinous beatings.

Robinson claims he is now homeless because he has 'nowhere to go' as a result of his name and contact information being plastered across social media.

Dawson has received death threats, and one neighbour claims that people have been 'around to the house' on an irregular basis to check if anyone was home.

However, the 19-year-old mother was arrested and charged with murder, taking or detaining in company with intent, actual bodily harm, and causing grievous bodily harm with intent on Sunday afternoon.

When she appeared in Blacktown Local Court on Monday, she did not apply for bail, and it was formally denied.

Dawson told a television news reporter last Thursday, the day after the alleged incident, that she had 'no idea what happened.'

'I am unable to return to my home because it is still under investigation,' she said, sipping her coffee and rolling her eyes.

'It was as if I had taken a beating... I'm not sure what this is about.' It has been suggested that he may have been targeted following the disappearance of a fake pair of Airpods from Dawson's home last month.

The alleged attackers 'took turns' jumping and stomping on him, with much of the heinous alleged assault being captured on mobile phones and later posted online.

According to court documents, police will allege that the attacks were motivated in part by postcode wars and gang notoriety.

The boy was allegedly forced to repeat the phrase 'f**k the '21' - an apparent reference to the community's postcode wars - in the shocking footage.

The '21 District' is a collection of gangs colloquially referred to as the 'Innerwest Brotherhood' and is associated with a number of postcodes, including Guildford, Merrylands, and Blacktown.

Additionally, the boy appears to have been forced to apologize to the '27' postcode, which encompasses the suburbs of Mt Druitt and Doonside, which form part of Sydney's westernmost ring of suburbs.

The video is believed to have been viewed approximately 170,000 times before being removed by social media platforms.

When emergency personnel arrived, the victim had no pulse and was not breathing – but ambulance personnel were able to restart the boy's heart with a shot of adrenalin.

When he was admitted to the hospital, doctors discovered he was brain dead. His injuries have been classified as 'unsurvivable.'

All six juveniles remain in court.
