Biography of Teah Vincent Wiki

After seeing the boys playing football outside her home in Woolaston, Gloucestershire, a jury was told, Teah Vincent seduced the boys inside. She welcomed the boy to her bedroom, then stripped off and started s*ex with him. Mum-of-three Vincent admits having s*ex with the kid on October 21, 2018, but she insists that he was over 16 at the time.

Prosecutor Christopher Smyth told the jury that the two boys spent that afternoon playing football at Woolaston Memorial Hall. Vincent, who lived nearby about 5 p.m., offered the two of them a glass of water back at her home, the court heard.

Mr Smyth said: "Sit at the kitchen table. Vincent said she thought she knew one of them, saying she remembered she had a child on the way. He told her he was just 14, still at school.

"The three of them spoke for a while before the subject was shifted to Vincent talking about her body.

"She said she quickly hid and put on clothes as quickly as she could. She then shifted the conversation about s*ex. The slightly older boy felt Vincent coming after the younger but felt the situation was lost on him.

PULLED ON THE BED

Invited the younger boy upstairs. He went up hoping there would be a TV or some other gaming gadget, when his friend was in the kitchen downstairs. Vincent then took the boy to her bedroom, ordering him to sit on the bed. She left the room a few moments later, having discarded her clothing."

The court learned she "pulled him back to bed" and started s*ex with him. Mr Smyth added: "The boy felt strongly that the situation was incorrect.

"He realized he was a minor and there was a major age difference between them, she was over twice his age.

He pushed her off, dressed, and fled downstairs.

Attorney Christopher Smyth

"He pushed her off, dressed, and fled downstairs. The victim's friend said he'd heard s*exual noises coming down the steps. He felt uncomfortable and left home shortly before returning. He said he thought his friend was a fool."

A boys' mutual friend, a girl, said the victim was a 'absolute fool' and told him to tell his parents, heard the jury. Three days later, the girl and two others went round to see the victim and mother.

The mum then went to Vincent's home address.

Mr Smyth added: "When Vincent opened the door, the mother said What the hell is this I hear about you getting a 14-year-old s*ex? It's my baby.'

Also the victim's friend's father went to see Vincent warning her off seeing the village's young boys. But the next day, the victim's friend was at home alone when Mr. Richard Remnant approached the front door.

Mr Smyth said The boy opened the window and threatened that if his father or elder brother ever went to the house of the defendant again I'll stab them in the jaw. The court was told that when Vincent was arrested on October 26, she told a policeman she thought the boy was much older.

Vincent said Both youths told me they were 16," but she refused to answer any other questions. The prosecutor told the jury there was no controversy about s*exual intercourse, but the youth's age was being challenged.

Catherine Flint, defending, said: "Vincent had spoken before when he told her he was 18. When the pair was inside, she says, the suspected victim told her he was 16."

The jury heard the victim's police interview saying, "She invited me upstairs and I thought she had a gaming device or television. She welcomed me alone. My friend was downstairs.

"She asked me to sit on the bunk, leaving the room for a moment. Returning, she was nude. Vincent then started intercourse with him the court heard.

"My mother went to see her a few days later, and confronted her. She said police wanted to be involved.

Charges

"Her answer was Get f*ing police then.'"

Vincent pleaded not guilty to having s**exual intercourse with the child on October 21, 2018, knowing he was then under 16.

The trial goes on.
