Save australia protests in new York, nsw roadmap coming out of lockdown

Australians are perplexed when US demonstrators take to the streets of New York in an attempt to'save Australia.'

Hundreds of demonstrators took to the streets of New York in an unusual demonstration against Australia's lockdowns and vaccination mandates, yelling 'Save Australia' as they marched.

On Wednesday night, the demonstration was trending on Twitter, with over 10,000 searches for 'Save Australia.'

Australians, on the other hand, have responded on Twitter to assure demonstrators in America that'she will be right.'

Even West Australian Premier Mark McGowan questioned the demonstrators yesterday during his COVID update.

“What are they trying to preserve Australia from?”

“As you may recall from last year... They were essentially digging mass graves in New York. I mean, truly, are you telling us how to conduct ourselves?"

Since the pandemic began, America has lost over 700,000 people to COVID, with more than 42 million cases.

While the majority of respondents indicated that the US should focus on its own COVID crisis, others expressed gratitude for the'support.'
