Miley Cyrus did a great job of covering up a wardrobe malfunction in her New Year's Eve show.
She celebrated the New Year with a live show in Miami and didn't let a small wardrobe mistake stop her.
At her "Miley's New Year's Eve Party," Cyrus lost part of her silver top when she changed songs. Her band and backup singers were playing "Party in the U.S.A." when she left the stage. She held it in place and turned her back on the camera. During the show, Cyrus didn't even miss a beat. She quickly returned to the stage in a red jacket that she had worn earlier in the show.
All of a sudden, "everyone is looking at me," Cyrus sang, adapting the lyrics from her 2009 hit. Still, she said, "I'm still in the most clothes I've ever worn on stage."
That's not all, though. Cyrus even made it a lesson for the new year!
"Even in bad situations, you can make the best of them if you're flexible. And that should not be the end of it. Take it with us into the New Year "At the end of the night, Cyrus said: "Rather than seeing it as a problem, let's see it as a chance. I want everyone in Miami and everyone who is watching from home to have a good and healthy year in 2022. Thanks for making it possible. There was nothing I could have done without you."
There was a co-host for the show: "Saturday Night Live" star Pete Davidson. The show was held outside because of the Covid-19 pandemic in front of a fully vaccinated crowd.
