“The investigation determined that one of the men was the girl’s biological father who did not have custody of the child as well as two additional males that were armed and were wearing body armor,” Snyder went on. The father and the two men fled in two separate cars, with Torres heading toward his home in Queens with his daughter, according to Snyder. “The only one we have in custody was the father, we have not identified the two other men,” Snyder added.

A 7-year-old girl who was abducted in Pennsylvania — allegedly by her estranged father and two armed, body-armor-clad male friends — is safe after hostage negotiators talked the dad into bringing the girl to a Queens precinct, authorities said Friday night.

An Amber Alert had been issued earlier Friday night saying the girl, Giselle Torres, had been abducted at around 2:18 p.m. Friday in Elkins Park, Pa., and was believed to be heading to New York City with the dad, a Queens resident.

Juan Pablo Torres, 41, Giselle’s biological father, who does not have custody of the child, wound up taking her to the 104th Precinct in Ridgewood, Queens, an NYPD spokesman said.

Torres was being detained at the precinct Friday night until he can be picked up the Cheltenham Police Department and taken back to Pennsylvania, an NYPD spokesman said.

There, the dad faces charges including kidnapping and endangering the welfare of a child, the local ABC affiliate reported.

Local police said they believe Torres was with two other men who were armed and wearing body armor when he abducted his daughter.

Officers were able to contact him mid-escape and talk him into turning himself in.

“One of our hostage negotiators was able to get him on the phone and negotiate his surrender to the New York City Police Department” Cheltenham Police Lt. Andy Snyder told reporters Friday night.
