Harry Styles stuns a fan with live on-stage relationship advice during a concert.
Harry Styles does not have time for mental gymnastics – and you should not either.
The 27-year-old "Adore You" singer interrupted his Love on Tour performance in Detroit, Michigan, on Wednesday night to address a fan who was holding a sign that read, "Should I text him?"
Fortunately, one concertgoer videotaped the entire encounter and shared it with the rest of the world.
“I have a question for you: Is he pleasant to you?” he inquired.
Naturally, Styles is already well-known for being that type of guy — completely in touch with his softer side and sartorially at ease with his sexuality. He has set an example for guys on numerous occasions by being an unflinching supporter of women of all ages — not to mention an animal champion.
Therefore, when the chivalrous celebrity shines his magnanimous light on a fan — particularly one who appears to be portrayed by a lesser man — the rest of us take notice.
Styles indicated that there is only one way forward after establishing that the "him" described in the billboard is not a kind guy. “In my opinion, whether you should [text him], this isn't even a question,” he added as he walked the platform, eager followers cheering him on.
“If you're thinking whether we're joking; if you're wondering, 'Should I text him?' Should I refrain from texting him? It's impossible to text him too soon. And now I'm considering double-texting — that's a whole other dangerous affair,' he continued.
Finally, the “Watermelon Sugar” diva completed his frank discussion about the dangers of text-based dating. “In my perspective, if there are any games: Trash! Trash! Trash! That is not for you!”
The crowd erupted in response to his declaration.
Styles' advice is now being heeded by an increasing number of followers.
“Imagine a guy asking why you didn't text him and you have to respond,'sorry Harry Styles advised me not to and then he called you trash,' ” one Twitter user quipped, while another suggested bookmarking the video for future reference.
This is not the first time that the English ladykiller has aided a fan in their love endeavors. In 2017, a young disciple sought similar advise from the wise singer regarding an unrequited love affair.
He DMed her with his response, which she later shared on social media. “Be authentic and vulnerable; this is what makes you human,” Styles advised. “And human emotion, both good and horrible, is what life is.”
