Devin Ratray, a star of the movie "Home Alone," was arrested on charges of assaulting his girlfriend.
Devin Ratray, who starred in Home Alone, turned himself in to police in Oklahoma on Wednesday after he was accused of assaulting his girlfriend, police said.
Soon after he was booked on two domestic assault and battery charges, Ratray was out of jail. He played Buzz McCallister's older brother in the 1990 Christmas movie "Buzz."
Before this month, Ratray was in Oklahoma City for an event called "Buzzed with Buzz," which was supposed to show the movie and let Ratray talk about it with people.
An affidavit says that Ratray choked his girlfriend and said, "This is how you die," but Ratray says that's not true, Oklahoma City TV station KFOR said in a report.
"Mr. Ratray says he never touched her or did anything like that," his lawyer, Scott Adams, said.
