'After her OnlyFans page was revealed to be nothing more than tame Instagram reposts,' an influencer model was chastised for'scamming' fans.
Fans of Corinna Kopf, a YouTuber and gaming influencer model, are outraged after it was revealed that her OnlyFans page was comprised entirely of reposts of her Instagram photos.
According to MEAWW, fans are complaining that they feel "scammed" after subscribing to influencer model Corinna Kopf's OnlyFans page.
OnlyFans is a subscription-based content platform that enables users to share frequently explicit content in exchange for monthly payments from 'fans.'
Kopf began using the platform in early June, and her critics have noted that many of her images are also freely available on her Instagram page.
Corinna Kopf, an influencer model, responded to her critics in a series of tweets, calling them "dead wrong."
“Those who believe my onlyfans is about to devolve into 'instagram content'... You are completely incorrect. If I immediately posted everything, it would be leaked... Simply wait...” she stated on Twitter.
According to Newsweek, the gaming streamer charges $25 per month for access to her OnlyFans page.
The outlet noted that the 25-year-old has over a million subscribers on YouTube and 5.7 million followers on Instagram.
OnlyFans has attracted a number of influencer models, including Corinna Kopf, due to its ability to quickly monetize large online fanbases.
As is the case with Twitch streamer Alinity, who recently discussed how much more money she makes from OnlyFans than she does from her other platforms.
“I'm going to give you an idea – I'm not going to say how much I make in one place or another – but in two months, I've earned what I would have earned in ten years on Twitch,” Alinity said during a previous live stream when asked about her OnlyFans earnings.
Other models from Twitch and YouTube have also branched out to OnlyFans, frequently with great success.
Like Corinna Kopf, another gaming influencer and model, Twitch streamer Amouranth, was able to use her OnlyFans earnings to compensate for her unjustified ad ban from the live streaming platform.
Amouranth, 27, was one of the platform's most popular personalities, thanks to her 'hot tub livestreams' in which she splashed around in a kiddie pool while wearing a bikini. Later in the year, the live streams resulted in an unexpected ad ban from Twitch.
“I'm fortunate in that I'm diversified, but for those who aren't, that's a significant portion [of their income] they could be losing,” she explained, noting that she had monetized her following across multiple platforms such as Instagram and OnlyFans.
Twitch later apologized for the bans, stating that it had failed to notify demonetized creators of advertisers reporting their content.
