Sophia Urista's heinous behavior at a live performance of Brass Against.
A band has apologized after their singer revealed her underwear during a live performance, surprising fans with an image they will likely never forget.
With an apparently unplanned stunt, the lead singer of a rock band surprised the audience at a recent live show.
Sophia Urista of the band Brass Against pulled down her pants and urinated on a man's face during the Welcome to Rockville festival at the Daytona International Speedway in Florida.
She was covering Rage Against the Machine's Wake Up when she invited the man in the front row up on stage for a "golden shower."
The man, who had a can stuck to his forehead, looked to be pleased with the notion, laying down on the platform and allowing the urine to run freely onto his body and head.
The urination lasted at least ten seconds, and the man appeared to have to spit out some of it.
There were bystanders within a few metres of the heinous act. In footage of the shocking moment that was uploaded to Twitter, some can be heard cheering and others being grossed out.
Brass Against has since apologized for the stunt, writing on Twitter: "We had a fantastic time at Welcome to Rockville last night."
Sophia became enthralled. That is not something the rest of us anticipated, and it is not something you will see at any of our future performances.
"Daytona, I appreciate you bringing it last night."
The band's Facebook page has over 450,000 followers and identifies itself as a "collective with the objective of making music that inspires social and personal change" from New York.
