Bella Hadid lung necklace at cannes dress, before plastic surgery
Bella Hadid walks the Cannes red carpet topless in a jaw-dropping ensemble.
Wow. Bella Hadid, the supermodel, walked the Cannes red carpet in an incredibly daring ensemble, with only a necklace preserving her modesty.
Bella Hadid has been wowing crowds at the Cannes film festival for the last week – but her latest appearance is in her most daring ensemble to date.
Hadid, 24, stunned on the red carpet in a dramatic Schiaparelli haute couture gown that was cut low and wide enough to reveal her bare chest.
To preserve Hadid's modesty, the gown was finished with a massive gold necklace shaped like a pair of lungs:

According to Harper's Bazaar, the avant-garde gown is from Daniel Roseberry's Schiaparelli Haute Couture Fall-Winter 2021/22 collection.
According to Page Six, Roseberry created the gilded brass necklace, which is inspired by human lungs and is titled "Golden trompe l'il lungs with rhinestones."

This is the latest in a string of stunning looks Hadid has worn to the Cannes Film Festival red carpet this year – last week, she channeled old Hollywood glamour in a vintage Jean Paul Gaultier white gown with a sheer black train and connecting halter-neck:

There is still time for Hadid to wow on the red carpet; the Cannes Film Festival concludes this coming Saturday, July 17.
Meanwhile, it appears as though Hadid has made her relationship with her rumoured new man "official" on Instagram, as she shared this candid photo of herself with 33-year-old art director Marc Kalman over the weekend:

This comes on the heels of Hadid's ex-boyfriend, singer The Weeknd, being spotted out with actress Angelina Jolie.
