'Did You Call Her Daddy?' Alex Cooper, a podcaster, is on top following his breakup with Barstool, his partner.

Call her opulently wealthy.

After splitting from Barstool Sports and her business partner, Alex Cooper's immensely famous sex-talk podcast, "Call Her Daddy," now has 2.3 million followers and a $60 million deal with Spotify.

The 27-year-old native of Pennsylvania is now the world's second most popular female podcast host, trailing only former First Lady Michelle Obama.

"At first, I had no idea what I was doing," Cooper told London's Sunday Times. "I had recently graduated from college, and there were a number of recurring motifs in my life that made me wonder why, for example, my friends always gravitated toward me."

"Probably because I'm expressing exactly what they're thinking," she explained. "And then, two, why is there no space in the media for women to discuss these topics that are perfectly acceptable for me to discuss but become taboo the moment a woman attempts to navigate the conversation?"

The bawdy podcast, which Cooper refers to as "a woman's locker-room talk," premiered in 2018 alongside Cooper's ex-roommate, Sofia Franklyn — and garnered 2 million downloads after only two months of broadcasting.

The accomplishment came so unexpectedly that even Cooper was taken aback, she told the Times.

"I recall when someone first mentioned the podcast idea, I thought, 'That sounds like something my father does,'" she explained. "He is a podcast listener."

"Wait," she reflected. "What is it about podcasts that has me so uninterested?"

The unedited broadcasts remained a phenomenon until last year, when the two ladies became embroiled in a bitter contract dispute with Barstool founder Dave Portnoy.

Cooper and Franklyn also had a bitter feud, which resulted in the termination of their business collaboration and even friendship – they still do not speak to one another.

Franklyn then struck off on her own, launching a new "Sofia With an F" podcast last October.

Cooper, however, reissued "Call Her Daddy" independently — and earned a whopping $60 million in July when she signed a three-year agreement with Spotify.

"The number of women who come to me and say, 'Thank you for reviving sex,'" she told the Times. "There are a plethora of serious subjects that might be tackled, but this is a business podcast."

"I'm attempting to instill in individuals a sense of self-worth, confidence, and excitement for sex," Cooper continued.
