A couple in Florida who were "having sex" broke the bar's bathroom sink.

If true, this Florida couple broke the bathroom sink when they were having sex in a bar bathroom where they were "having sex."

Police in Pinellas County, Florida, say that Kathryn Lynn Trammel and a friend broke a sink off the wall of Irish 31 Pub House & Eatery in Seminole. The friend hasn't been named.

People who work at the restaurant asked Trammel and her partner to leave the pub when they saw them going into a bathroom together, police say. Instead, the two went to the bar. Soon after, Trammel, 37, came out of the bathroom for a second time. In this case, staffers noticed that a sink in the bathroom, which had been fine before, looked like it had been thrown away.

"The defendant told the affidavit that her friend and herself were having sex in the bathroom, which caused the sink to break," it said.

Trammel is accused of not giving specifics about the damage to the sink. A few hours before 6 p.m. Tuesday, she was charged with criminal mischief. Damages are thought to be $500. The affidavit says that alcohol may have been a factor in the accident. He said he'll file charges.
